Part 1: Goal Setting
“Programming Your Brain to Go Out And Find The Recipe To Achieving Your Goal”

Goal setting is the power of unlocking the power within yourself. It’s a universal law. When you know how to do it, then you can do it to create anything in your life.

Train Your Brain is a two part process where we use a universal law to set up and create that that you desire.

The First Part is to clearly define what it is that you want to achieve by goal setting. This will instruct your highest intelligence to go and send you the step by step recipe to achieve this.

The Second Part is to weed out the filters that stop this recipe from coming to your consciousness. The recepies continue to come to you, however you continue to find reasons for not following through. These are your excuses, Part 2 will work on redefining mental blocks you have so that you can follow through and achieve your desires.

Before We Start

The technologies that are to be uncovered in this system will prove to involve more then the brain. As such, ‘Train Your Brain’ in the context of this system is just a phrase we are using to unlock very powerful universal laws.

From the day you were conceived you started your journey call life. As part of this journey your physical body grew from infant to the person you are now. Change happened all along the way. On the day to day basis you didn’t notice this growth, mostly because it was so minute and you were not monitoring the growth.

‘Train Your Brain’ is part of the evolutionary process. It’s all about taking a period of time during the journey of your life, and putting conscious and continuous effort to create a significant change so you can create the life of your choice. Along the way you will allow the negative handbrake's to melt away and you will uncover a passion that guides you to create a life of your choice.

As you progress through this system you are continuing to grow, sometime you might not even be aware of the minute changes. As you do the exercises as set out in Part 2 of ‘Train Your Brain’, you will look for this growth. Sometimes you will notice it, sometimes you will notice it later. It doesn’t matter. Just noticing the progress is very satisfying and keeps you motivated.

As with any journey, there is a beginning and an end. You are going to begin with the end in mind - the goal setting section. During this journey you will empower yourself so change is easy and exciting.

With every journey there is a beginning and an end. Part 1 of ‘Train Your Brain’ starts with the end in mind - goal setting.
One of the major reasons people give up on their goals is because they are not aware of these minute changes that are happening. One minute change might not be noticeable, but string together a whole lot of these changes and you will notice the difference.

What you will discover is that once you have put into place the new mindset of achievement, your future will be filled with continued and exponential fulfillment. This whole system will create a unique way of thinking. This thinking will automatically create goals and the mindset will naturally follow the steps without conscious effort. It is just as if we are creating a pathway to success. Once created, walking down this path is easy and getting to the end is significantly faster because you don’t have to create it again.

The Universal Law Of ‘Train Your Brain’

With Part 1 of ‘Train Your Brain’ you to go into one year into the future with your mind. You see yourself as if the best case scenario worked out. This becomes your goal. Once set, Part 2 of ‘Train Your Brain’ will keep you motivated until you achieve this goal. It takes the universal law that if you want to achieve your goals you need to work continually and consistently towards their achievement.

Think of it this way. If you want to get fit, just exercising once will have a minimal effect on achieving your goal of getting fit. You need to

  1. Start, which is the first step towards achieving your goal
  2. Continue to work through until you achieve the goal

People over estimate what they can achieve in a year and under estimate what they can achieve over a period of 10 years.

What If You Can’t Clearly Define Your Goal

When goal setting, what you might find is that the first time you set your goal, it might not be clear. You might have the perception of the destination and not so sure about the journey. Not to worry, this system is designed so that you discover your passions in life so it becomes a pleasant journey.

Like an artist. He is so passionate that he goes deep down into his creativity. He allows his conscious to be taken over by his greater intelligence and gets lost in this world – he goes into the zone. It’s in this world that he creates from an inspiration that the conscious can’t comprehend. When he emerges from this world and looks at what he has created.

You know when you have been in this world when you get lost in time. In other words, you become unaware of time. You just work away from your higher self. ‘Train Your Brain’ is a step by step process to help you find your passions, your unique talent. At first, you might have a bit of baggage to get rid of, this will happen as you continue to work away. Then you start to notice the power of this system and you become so excited.

Why We Need Goal Setting

In order to achieve something we need to know what it is that we want to achieve. When you go on holiday, you first need to determine where you want to go. Then, once you have a clear picture you then work towards organizing your trip.

This is what Part 1 of this system is. It’s an easy step by step process where we are going to use 10 Power Steps to create and then clarify our goal. We dig deeper and analyze this goal. This creates motivation for you to take the most important step, starting.

And by the way, the fact that you have started with this goal means that you have already started.

What If You Don’t Know What Your Goal Is?

Not to worry, this system is designed so as you continually work towards your goal, you get even more clarity of what you want and with this you can develop your goal.

Part 2 of the system you consistently come back and review your goals.

If you are not sure of your goal, just think of what it is that you think you want and start working towards. It’s better to start now then to procrastinate and never start. just start goal setting.

If your goals change, fantastic, you are one step closer to taking control of your life.

Part 1 Of Train Your Brain - Goal Setting

This is an exercise that should take about 20 -30 minutes. You will be taken through 10 Power Steps to goal setting.

In Part 2 of ‘Train Your Brain’, we continually come back to this exercise. This is part of the review process to keep you on track.

It also provides opportunities to work towards smaller goals along the way to achieving your big goal.
